  • June 2008 - Jeremy Burgess appointed Technical Director


    We are pleased to announce that Jeremy Burgess has joined Click2Scan as our Technical Director. Jeremy has had a successful career in Canon UK and will be responsible for overseeing our document integration projects.

  • May 2008 - Xerox Launch New Scanner model


    Visioneer, who make the Xerox range of scanners have just announced a new model - the Documate 262i, scanning at 38 pages per minute with a modest desktop footprint. This scanner will even scan plastic cards. Watch our store for more details.

  • May 2008 - Canon Dr-4010c added to our hire fleet


    We have now added a Canon Dr-4010c scanner to our hire fleet. This provides our customers with the choice of a 40 page per minute colour, duplex, A4 scanner at an entry level price.

    Fujitsu have now released the Mac version of their popular S300 portable scanner with document feeder. This product is now available to buy on our online store.

    IRIS have recently launched IRIS Powerscan - the most sophisticated scanning software we have seen. Prices start at £300 for a feature rich application that includes zonal OCR renaming of files, as well as other ready to go profiles designed to work with all Twain and Kofax VRS scanners.

    Canon have announced the release of their new production scanner, the DR-X10C capable of 128 pages per minute with the unique feature of reversing out double feeds before attempting a re-scan. This looks set to be a bureau friendly scanner suitable for all high volume applications.
